MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

Jewells Fine Jewelry provides high-quality jewelry merchandise. However, the availability of Products may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or until supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to promptly remove it from display. However, the display of an item on the Site does not ensure its availability. All Products featured on the Site are custom-made based on the stone size, stone quality, metal, ring size, and other specifications selected by you.

DISPLAY

Jewells Fine Jewelry makes every reasonable effort to display its merchandise as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and resolution of your screen or device, may significantly affect what you see on your screen. Each Product photograph is taken individually and Products are not sized relative to each other. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase, you can exchange or return it to us. NON-COMMERCIAL USE

This Site and its Content, as well as merchandise, are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers. You may download or copy the Content displayed on the Site for your personal use only. Furthermore, any and all merchandise is not offered for resale purposes.

GEMSTONE TREATMENT DISCLOSURE

Jewells Fine Jewelry offers a large number of colored gemstone items. We make every reasonable effort to adhere to best practices and industry guidelines for gemstone treatment and follow standards put forth by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA). Gemstone treatments (apart from cutting) are carried out on the stones with the aim of influencing their appearance, durability and/or value.

CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS

Jewells Fine Jewelry’s diamond supply consists of quality diamonds, sourced from the world’s most reputed suppliers. As responsible citizens and jewelry merchants, we share the public’s concern regarding conflict diamonds. We obtain diamonds exclusively from respected, well-established and legitimate sources that are entirely compliant with the Kimberley Process requirements. The Kimberley Process is an international system that governs the trade of diamonds to ensure that they are from sources free of conflict.

GEMSTONE AND DIAMOND CERTIFICATES

All Jewells Fine Jewelry gemstone and diamond jewelry pieces are shipped with their respective authenticity or grading certificates. These detailed documents are created by gemstone and diamond grading experts from renowned laboratories, and the cost of replacing them is significantly high. Because of this, we require the certificate to be included with each returned item. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of $250 (or its equivalent amount in other currencies).

PRICING AND ACCURACY

Jewells Fine Jewelry offers premium-quality Products at the lowest possible cost. The prices mentioned on our Site are quoted in US currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. However, they are subject to change at any time. Jewells Fine Jewelry will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters.

In the event a Product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either contact you for further instructions before shipping the Product to you or cancel your Order and notify you of the cancellation. You consent to returning the Product or paying the difference between the quoted price and the real price if your item has already been shipped. Jewells Fine Jewelry reserves the right to change or cancel Orders prior to informing the customer of the error despite the customer receiving the Order confirmation or delivery date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards. You can also choose other payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept checks and money orders. Bank wire transfers sent in US dollars are also accepted. Bank transfers should be directed to our office upon request.

The free gift(s) will be based on the total Order value.
The free gift(s) has no cash value and cannot be used as payment on account or for past purchases.
In case of returns, the purchased item must be returned along with the free gift(s) it was shipped with and in its original condition.
If you decide to keep the free gift(s), you will be charged for it/them, as per the prices mentioned on the Site.
If a particular free gift is out of stock, it may be replaced by an equivalent or better alternative based on Jewells Fine Jewelry’s discretion.

In compliance with industry standards, total carat weight of diamonds may vary up to 0.07 carats from the stated weight. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Depending on the gemstone cut, the gemstone carat weight may further vary considerably from the stated approximate weight.

All Jewells Fine Jewelry jewelry pieces are individually handmade when ordered. We do not allow the purchase of multiple pieces for comparison. This applies to similar designs and variations for gemstone grade, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you are unsure about a particular item, you can always get in touch with our team and they will help you make the right choice. We may cancel Orders that include multiple items of a lower dollar value.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, that portion will be deemed severable and will not impact the legality and enforceability of the other elements of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the State of Virginia.
